This is a sudden (Uranus) event related to the family environment (Moon) that will bring great psychological (Moon) turmoil (Uranus) to her.

At the same time, we notice that transiting Pluto (loss-crisis) forms an exact square with her progressed Mars (ruler of the 5th). The problems were already major with Saturn and Neptune passing through Pisces; she must have been experiencing very bad situations during that time. Transiting Mars was in Cancer, opposing her natal Venus, which is at the absolute exaltation of Mars, while transiting Mars was at its absolute fall.
